Ruilen & retourneren

Je hebt 14 dagen vanaf de levering om een retour of een ruil aan te vragen. Artikelen moeten ongedragen en ongewassen terugkomen, in hun originele verpakking en met de labels er nog aan, samen met je aankoopbewijs.

Mail contact@boho-dresses.com met je bestelnummer om een retourautorisatie aan te vragen. We sturen je dan de instructies – pakketten die zonder voorafgaande autorisatie worden teruggestuurd, kunnen niet worden geaccepteerd.

We rekenen geen herbevoorradingskosten. Is het artikel defect, beschadigd of gewoon niet het artikel dat je hebt besteld, dan betalen wij de retourzending en krijg je van ons een vooraf betaald verzendlabel. Heb je je bedacht over een maat of een kleur, dan zijn de retourkosten voor jouw rekening.
