What bra works with this neckline?

A strapless bra is the usual answer, or adhesive cups if you prefer nothing across the back. Because the lace bell sleeves sit off the shoulder, anything with visible straps will interrupt the line. Try it on at home well before the event so you are not improvising.

Is a long white dress see-through in outdoor light?
