The kaftan cut hangs loose from the shoulders instead of fitting close, so one size covers a wide range of frames and it never feels tight through the waist or hip. Where does the hem actually fall?

It is a long dress that reaches at least mid-calf, and closer to the ankle if you are petite. Because the silhouette drops straight from the shoulder, the length is not shortened by a fuller bust or hip. The size guide lists the full garment length if you want to measure against a dress you already own.

Is the fabric see-through in the sun?

It is a lightweight, breathable synthetic built for heat, which does mean it is airy rather than heavy. The Black, Navy, and Dark Green colorways read the most opaque; in the White and Blue a nude slip or seamless underwear keeps you comfortable on a bright beach day.

Can I wear this outside of vacation?

Easily. Belt it at the waist with ankle boots and a denim jacket and it becomes a city dress for cooler days. Left unbelted over flat sandals it works as a beach cover-up. The V-neck is made for layered pendants, and the short sleeves can be pushed up when the afternoon warms.

How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping is free anywhere in the US with no minimum order, and your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is on its way. If the drape is not what you pictured, returns are free within 14 days of delivery, as long as the dress is unworn with its tags still attached.
