The skirt is high-waisted with soft pleating that flares from the waistline, but we do not want to overstate the construction, so please check the waist measurements listed in the size guide against your own. Choosing your true waist number is what makes this silhouette sit correctly and gives you that flattering vintage line.

What should I wear on top with such a bold print?
